A diffuser creates continuous background ambience, while a room spray delivers immediate impact. Many Rosard collectors use both — the diffuser as a base layer, the spray as a top-note accent.

Rosard reed diffuser extraits typically last between eight and twelve weeks depending on airflow, temperature and reed count.

We recommend eight reeds for smaller rooms and up to ten for open-plan spaces. More reeds increase diffusion strength but will use fragrance more quickly.

Flipping reeds every five to seven days helps maintain consistent performance and scent diffusion.

Yes. Rosard room sprays are fabric-friendly, though we always recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first and avoiding delicate silks or specialty materials.

Orders are prepared Monday to Saturday and shipped via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 15:00 are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

Rosard Parfum offers complimentary UK shipping on all orders.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is being developed and will launch in the near future.

A signature may be required upon receipt depending on the courier service used.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Each order includes a sample to experience the fragrance before opening the main product.

Complete the return form included in your parcel and send the item back using the provided return label. Products must remain unopened and in original condition.

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days once your return has been received and inspected.
