How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer first-class delivery, with orders arriving within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same day. Orders after 14:00, on weekends, or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary for all orders.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
A signature may be required upon receipt of your goods.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the UK but are working on expanding internationally.

Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Each order includes a sample to try first. If the sample does not meet your expectations, return the unopened product in its original packaging with seals intact.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
What if I receive a faulty item?
Notify us via the "Contact Us" page with your order number. Retain the box, packing materials, and all items for inspection.
